You may be here because —

Something quiet has been asking for your attention.

  • You are functioning, but you are tired in a way rest does not fix.

  • You have carried something for years and no longer wish to carry it alone.

  • A relationship — with someone, or with yourself — has grown difficult.

  • You are far from where you grew up, and it has begun to weigh on you.

Whatever brought you to this page, you are already doing something considered.

How we work

Three principles, held gently and firmly.

Confidential

What is said here stays here. We follow the Thai Psychological Association and international ethics codes without exception.

Evidence-based

CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic approaches — chosen for you, not applied to you. No jargon, no dogma, no fixed script.

Human

You will speak with one psychologist, consistently, over time. No handoffs, no rotating clinicians, no waiting rooms full of strangers.

What to expect

Three unhurried steps.

  1. 01

    A short call

Fifteen minutes, no cost. You describe what is happening. We decide together whether working with me is right for you.

  2. 02

    A first session

Fifty minutes, in person or online. We map what you are carrying and what you would like to be different.

  3. 03

    A considered course

Weekly or fortnightly sessions, for as long — or as briefly — as they serve you. You are always the one who decides.

The practitioner

Dr. [Name Surname], Clinical Psychologist

I have practised in Bangkok, London, and Singapore. My work is with adults who look composed on the outside and are quietly unwell inside — expats mid-move, professionals mid-career, partners mid-decision. I write, I listen carefully, and I do not rush.

A note on trust

You will not find testimonials on this website.

Psychological work is private by definition. Publishing what former clients say about their therapy — even with permission — sits uneasily with the confidentiality this work depends on. In place of testimonials, we offer transparency: clear fees, a clear approach, and a first conversation at no cost so you can decide for yourself.

Before you write

Three questions people often ask first.

How much does a session cost?

Fees are published openly on the Fees page. A first 15-minute call is always at no cost. Sliding-scale places are available for a limited number of clients.

Can I be seen in English — or in Thai?

Either. Sessions are conducted fully in English or fully in Thai, according to your preference. Bilingual sessions are also possible.

Is what I share truly private?

Yes. Notes are minimal and encrypted. Nothing is shared with employers, insurers, or family without your explicit written consent, save for the narrow legal exceptions any psychologist is bound by.

When you are ready

Reaching out is the first quiet step.

There is no need to know what to say. A sentence or two is enough. I read every message myself and reply within one working day.

You are welcome to write in English or in Thai.
