A small proportion of weekly sessions are held at a reduced fee for people who could not otherwise access care. If cost is the main obstacle, please say so in your first message — no explanation is needed.

Fees are set to sustain a small, considered practice — not to signal anything. What you pay covers the session, the preparation before it, and the reflection after.

The fee is the whole fee.
The session itself, at the agreed length.

Brief written summaries or referral letters where useful.
Occasional short email exchanges between sessions.
48 hours, held gently.
Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice carry no fee. Later cancellations are charged in full, save for illness or genuine emergency. This is not a policy about money; it is a policy about the space held for you.
Detailed receipts on request.
Many international health insurers reimburse psychological care. Itemised receipts suitable for insurance submission are provided on request. Direct billing is not available.
Cost should not be the thing that keeps you from beginning. If it is, please write.
